I have the "weapon mod menu" mod and when i try to mod weapons it shows all mods that i can put in the weapon even when i dont have those mods, and it just doesn't allow me to install the mods i have,only those that show. On a success, the modification is removed successfully. Removing an applied modification is done in the same manner to applying a modification, but the DC for the check is reduced by 5. The problem is that its happening with quite a lot of weapons. If you spend a number of hours applying a modification, you gain a bonus to the skill check equal to the number of hours multiplied by 2, up to a maximum of +10. If there is a mod for that specific weapon it will be added. there is a gun psycho pack dlc which adds a blueprint to costumize your police/military rifle to a marksman rifle with a red dot scope.
